Giving back through expertise
SUPPORTING FAIR AND COMPASSIONATE MIGRATION
Co‑ordinated by the Law Society of Western Australia, Law Access connects vulnerable clients with lawyers who care. Our team regularly reviews complex immigration cases for merit, and appears pro bono before the Federal courts.
Circle Green Community Legal Centre specialises in workplace, humanitarian and tenancy law. Estrin Saul Lawyers regularly provides pro bono advice and representation to vulnerable clients, ensuring asylum seekers are not left to navigate the migration process unrepresented.
Australia’s visa health requirement still discriminates against many applicants living with health conditions or disabilities. Through our pro bono program with WAAC in Perth, we guide people living with HIV (and their families) through the health waiver process, alleviating some of the fear and uncertainty from their migration journey.
