Carol-Ann Lynch is a Principal Consultant and Registered Migration Agent at Estrin Saul Lawyers, where she specialises in employer-sponsored migration with a particular focus on the medical and healthcare sectors. She works closely with public and private hospitals, general practices, allied health providers, and regional healthcare organisations, helping them attract and retain skilled professionals from around the world.

With more than 20 years’ experience in Australian migration law, Carol-Ann advises employers across a broad range of industries and is known for translating technical migration legislation into clear, commercially focused advice that enables employers and skilled migrants to make informed decisions. She is regularly invited to deliver presentations and professional education sessions to hospitals, healthcare providers, and medical organisations on Australia’s migration framework, employer-sponsored visa pathways, and international healthcare recruitment.

Carol-Ann established her own migration practice in 2003 and led it for more than two decades before joining Estrin Saul Lawyers as part of the integration of the two practices. She now focuses on further developing the firm’s medical and healthcare migration practice while continuing to support employers across other industries.

Originally from Manchester in the United Kingdom, Carol-Ann practised as a solicitor and became a partner in a respected UK law firm before migrating to Western Australia with her young family in 1999, where she completed postgraduate studies in Australian migration law. Her own experience of the Australian migration journey gives her a practical understanding of the issues facing skilled migrants and their families as they build new lives in Australia.

Alongside her practice, Carol-Ann has a long history of community involvement and currently volunteers with the Asbestos Diseases Society of Australia.
