Nicole is the Practice Leader of Estrin Saul Lawyers’ Corporate and Employer Sponsored team in Perth. She brings a wealth of corporate experience working with global mobility clients across a variety of industries, including mining, shipping, hospitality, medical, and agriculture. Nicole’s lateral thinking and adaptability enable her to respond effectively to the constantly changing landscape of Australian immigration regulations, ensuring her clients receive practical, timely, and strategic advice.

Nicole represents clients at the Department of Home Affairs stage and appears before the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART) to advocate for clients in complex review matters. She also has extensive experience in health waivers, assisting clients to successfully overcome health-related visa refusals through detailed and persuasive submissions.

With her strong focus on employer-sponsored migration, Nicole works closely with corporate clients to facilitate the seamless transfer of skilled workers to Australia, ensuring that businesses remain compliant while meeting their workforce needs.
