Nicole is the Practice Leader for the Corporate/Employer Sponsored team at Estrin Saul Lawyers. She brings a wealth of corporate experience with global mobility clients, with a practice focus on mining, shipping, hospitality, medical and agricultural industries. She is a lateral thinker and reactive to the constantly changing landscape of Australian immigration regulations. Nicole represents clients at the Department stage and at the review stage in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal. She has extensive experience in assisting clients to obtain a waiver of the health requirement.
